Be Kind to Your Feet

It’s been a very, very long day and it’s almost the end of a very, very long week. You get home from your long, long commute and the first thing you do after you throw your keys on the table is slip off your shoes.

If you wear heels to work, there’s a good chance this is the best relief you’ve felt all day. Even if you don’t wear heels but are on your feet all day, taking your shoes off at the end of the day is a fantastic feeling. No matter what your job is, you need to take care of and be kind to your feet.

A pedicure is always nice and a foot bath can be sincerely appreciated, but did you know that there are other things you can do to help your foot health?

Compression stockings are basically stockings that squeeze your legs to force the arteries to constrict and encourages more blood to go back to your heart rather than pool in your feet. This is super important if you’re sitting or on your feet all day.

Wear compression socks or stockings to work and get that sense of relief of taking off your shoes all day long. Doesn’t that sound nice?
