Elevated Legs Can Help Varicose Veins

Doctors have confirmed that elevating your legs above the level of your heart is an excellent way to ease the flow of blood in your legs. In some ways this is great news. Now you have an excuse to clear the kids off the couch and put your feet up. Maybe you can even head to bed for some much needed afternoon rest and relaxation. When you do, make sure you use a stack of pillows to keep your legs elevated above your chest.
